The Whiskey is a blend of 'triple distilled grain' and 'double distilled malt'. The Whiskey was fully distilled and matured in Ireland. The maturation took place for 10 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and received an additional finish of 6 months in ex-Sherry barrels. The result is a Whiskey with a delicate fruity nose and a soft palette of spices and vanilla.
Nose: A spicy nose with aromas reminiscent of toasted white bread, grated peppercorns and wood polish.
Taste: Flavors of sweet crumble cake with buttery notes and hints of vanilla. After this, the taste evolves into hints of dark chocolate and Amarena cherries.
